Privacy Policy

Application: Sortello (Android)
Effective date: 3 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use Sortello, a mobile game for Android devices (the "Application"), distributed through Google Play.

The Application is developed and operated by LINAD GAMES (Daniil Vnukov), referred to below as the "Service Provider". If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Application.

1. Information We Collect

The Application does not require an account and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device. They are not transmitted to the Service Provider or to any third party.

The Application and the third-party advertising services integrated into it collect the following information automatically:

The Application does not collect analytics events, gameplay statistics, crash reports, or diagnostic logs.

2. How We Use This Information

The Service Provider does not use your information to send marketing emails, because the Application does not collect contact details.

3. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that collect and process data, including identifiers that can be associated with your device. This data is not necessarily aggregated or anonymized. Each of these services processes data under its own privacy policy:

The Service Provider may also disclose information when required by law, when necessary to protect legal rights or safety, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a lawful government request.

4. Advertising and Your Choices

The Application is supported by advertising. Advertisements may be personalized based on the advertising identifier of your device.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Application itself does not use browser cookies. The third-party SDKs listed above may use device identifiers, local storage, and similar technologies to deliver and measure advertising. Where required by applicable law, consent is requested before such non-essential technologies are used.

6. International Data Transfers

The third-party service providers listed above may process and store data in countries other than your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required by applicable law, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, an adequacy decision, or another legally recognized transfer mechanism.

7. Data Retention

8. Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at the address below, and that information will be deleted.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact the Service Provider using the details in the Contact section. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

You can stop all further collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not automatically delete data already transmitted to third-party services; to request deletion of that data, please contact the Service Provider.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request its deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

The Service Provider does not sell personal information for money. However, the use of personalized advertising may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA. You can opt out by declining personalized advertising in the Application, or by limiting ad tracking in your Android system settings, or by contacting the Service Provider.

11. Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information processed through the Application. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

12. Data Breach Notification

If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify affected users and the relevant supervisory authorities in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including information about the nature of the breach and the steps taken to address it.

13. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time — for example, when new features or third-party services are added. Material changes will be announced by publishing the updated policy at this address with a new effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect. Previous versions are available on request.
